I am a graduate from Glendale Community College with a degree in graphic design, animation and web publishing. I graduated in 2014 with a 4.0gpa and with honors from Phi Sigma Pi. But found my true life talent was cleaning and repairing pools. The chemistry and engineering is exciting and always changing.

For 20 years I have been a pool service technician all around the valley. For 15 years I was the lead technician at Arizona Pools. When that company was bought out, I helped train new techs and built up AZ Original Pool Service. In 2020 I decided it was time to go off on my own and started Desert Designz Pool Care and Repair.

I have built a pool route of customers that have supported my small business for years and I like to consider them more than just customers. Without them my family and I would not be where we are today. We treat each other like family and friends. I communicate regularly with them to keep them informed of the status of their pool and water chemistry which helps prevent communication break downs and surprise repairs.

As a single pole operation I keep my route small and can provide a more personalized and detailed service plan for your pool, rather than a company who gives your account to the new trainee who has to do 20+ pools per day. There are no 5 minute jobs done by me. We take the time to get to know you and your equipment and in most cases inform you of problems before they become serious. I check chemicals every week and adjust them as needed. I use the PoolBrain app to send pictures and chemical information after every visit and you can login to the portal to see past visits and leave reviews. If there is an issue, I will bring it to your attention and offer solutions and estimates.

As of March 2023 I am a Nationally Certified Pool and Spa Operator. Arizona does not require a pool technician to be certified but I am commited to furthering my career and provide the highest quality of service to my customers. I am insured by the Swimming Pool Pro Alliance (SPPA) to protect you, your property and myself from any misfortune.

In February 2024, I completed all requirements to become licensed and bonded with an R-6 swimming pool cleaning and repair license. ROC#350623
