Q. What area do you service?
A. The blue area is our main service area. If you are close to the blue area call to see if I am available as my route is always changing.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. I have setup the Poolbrain app to accept credit card payments via an e-mailed invoice. I can accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover card, ACH electronic checks, Venmo, Zelle, or Payal. An additional invoice for 3% will be sent if paying with credit card or 5% for Paypal. There is no fees for Venmo, Zelle, ACH transfers, cash or checks.
Q. When do you send out the monthly bill?
A. The monthly bill is e-mailed out 2 weeks before it is due. If no payment is made, a reminder message will be sent out a week before. After 2 weeks of nonpayment, services will be paused until payments are caught up.
Q. Do you offer automatic billing?
A. Yes. Please call me to setup automatic billing.
Q. How long have you been servicing pools?
A. 20 years and counting
Q. Are you licensed, bonded or insured?
A. I am Licensed, Bonded and Insured. ROC#350623
Q. What chemicals are included?
A. Chemicals included are chlorine tabs (up to 3 per week) and up to 1 gallon of liquid chlorine or 1lb of shock per month. Up to 1 gallon of acid per month. Two phosphate remover treatments a year. Any additional chemicals will be charged at the going price of the product at that time or the option to provide your own chemicals and left on site.
Q. What other services do you offer?
A. I can do most of my own repairs but jobs that involve plumbing, electrical or cosmetic work (remodeling) will be out sourced to a qualified trusted contractor of DesertDesignz.
Q. Do you offer discounts for seniors?
A. I offer discounts for seniors, first responders, military, veterans, and teachers. Only 1 discount applies per account. No discounts for repairs, parts or filter cleanings. Only Monthly service.
